WEB COURSE EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT

We would like to obtain your impressions about taking courses over the Internet in general, and about this course in particular, and also get your ideas for the improvement of the course. Constructive criticisms are most valuable since they inform the instructor how the course can be improved.

There are two ways to use this form:

1. Use the Print function to print out a hard copy, fill the form in by hand, and then send it to the Entomology Department, c/o Doris Birch, WSU, Pullman 99164-6382.
2. Use the Edit - Select All (or Ctrl + A) function to highlight the form, and then use the Edit - Copy (or Ctrl+C) to copy the form to the clipboard. Now click on the Entomology Department e-mail entom@wsu.edu and use the Edit - Paste (or Ctrl+V) function to paste the form into the message area. Fill the form in by typing your answers at the keyboard and then press Send to transmit the form to the department.

This form will not be shown to the instructor until after your final grade has been officially recorded
